Tackle other areas of discrimination too

I REFER to the report “Move to introduce Bill to address gender inequality” (The Star, Feb 27).

I commend the good work of the Women, Family and Community Development Ministry in its move to introduce a Bill to address the issue of gender inequality in Malaysia. Interestingly, the plan to table the Bill was made in collaboration with the Department of National Unity and Integration.
