Pensioners appeal for swift payment


I AM a 78-year-old pensioner and a patient of University Malaya Medical Centre for the past 30 years. I used to get my medication from the hospital through Oratis but now the system has changed without any information or briefing being given beforehand.

Now, pensioners including myself have to buy the prescribed medication first and then put in a claim to the Pensions Department in Cyberjaya with the supporting documents.
