REFERRING to the safety of passengers using ride-hailing services like Uber and Grab, I suggest that we exercise caution whenever we use any means of public transport.
No doubt there is a better sense of security when using ride-hailing services since the drivers are supposedly being tracked during the journey, but these companies are only tracking the location of the car and not what the driver is doing.
