Disgruntled taxi passengers must report errant cab drivers

I REFER to the letter “Cabbies must have common courtesy” (The Star, April 28).

While in Johor Baru, the writer took taxis seven times but all the cabbies he encountered were impolite, dishonest and unfriendly.
