KTM should draw up user-friendly schedules

WITH reference to Thomas Foo’s comments, “KTM should sell tickets in advance” (The Star, March 13), I would like share our experience.

Firstly, I would like to compliment the ETS provided by KTM. My wife travels to Bukit Mertajam by KTM ETS about six times a year. She has been using KTM for the last five years, and the additional service to the northern states make travelling more pleasant compared to using the express train. The ETS trains are clean, seats are comfortable, air-conditioning is good and they are generally on time.
