A good Samaritan lent a hand

LAST Sunday’s Powerman Malaysia duathlon series drew about 3,500 aspiring runners, cyclists and triathletes.

The event consists of both the classic category, a 10km (run) – 60km (cycling) - 10km (run) category, and the sprint category, a 5km (run) – 30km (cycling) – 5km (run). I was fortunate enough to participate in the sprint category.
