RECENTLY, Kuala Lumpur City Hall (DBKL) constructed a “Welcome KL” structure near Pasar Borong Selayang.
The structure is a waste of money in this time of economic difficulty and does not benefit people living in this area. Building a pedestrian bridge would have been more beneficial.
