WE often hear of the good work of Datuk Seri Michael Chong through the mass media. He has been helping various types of people in deep trouble resolve their problems (“Chong, in shining armour”; Star2, Jan 6).
As the head of the MCA Public Services and Complaints Department, Chong has been receiving numerous calls for assistance for 30 years. What is most commendable is his dedication and willingness to help. He always goes out of his way to lend a helping hand, to the point of feeling guilty if a phone call is not attended to.
