Your performance depends on you not your university

I READ the letter “Plea from Russian grad (The Star, May 14) with sadness. It is unfortunate that the writer has been a victim of the current system in Malaysia.

The idea of getting more and more doctors into the country just because we want to achieve the 1:400 doctors to population ratio has created an environment where the country has quantity but not quality.
