MY interest in understanding the National Transformation Programme (NTP) annual report started a couple of years ago. It was due to my eagerness to see our beloved country achieve developed nation status as outlined in “The Way Forward” paper presented in 1991.
This year, I noticed there is only one report i.e. National Transformation Programme Annual Report 2015. For the last few years, it was split into two: Government and Economic Transformation Programme Annual Reports.
