WITH the proliferation of courier companies both local and international, the process of delivering goods should be quite effortless now. Customers pay for the service and then wait for the item(s) to be delivered.

But the odd thing about the courier service is you are not informed when delivery is to be made. A company employee when asked retorted that once the driver of the delivery van knows the area where the items are headed, there is no need to call to inform the customer.
