Show compassion for vulnerable foreign workers

WE always hear the locals being called lazy and not wanting to work especially in the agriculture and construction sectors. Perhaps these sectors need to take a long hard look at how to improve working conditions and wages to attract workers.

But how are locals to compete when foreign workers are provided housing and transportation, which are necessary when living in rural areas? Locals are required to have their own housing and transport to and from work.
