I REFER to your report “A blow for smokers” (The Star, March 15). Hats off to the Health Ministry and its Minister, Datuk Seri Dr S. Subramaniam for making it harder for smokers to light up in public areas.
The more than 4.7 million smokers in the country have not been adhering to the NO SMOKING ruling although it has been in force for many years now.
