A SUMMIT is normally an important formal meeting between leaders of governments from two or more countries. One such summit is the US-Asean Special Leaders’ Summit at Sunnylands, California recently.
What made it special is it’s the first time to be held in the US and, for me, being held so close to the one in KL in November 2015.
