More consulting less blundering

AS a former senior civil servant I am perplexed and ask, what has become of our national management of foreign workers and the consultation by and coordination in Government? We obviously need to consult the public more to have less blunders!

The Deputy Prime Minister and Home Affairs Minister Datuk Seri Dr Ahmad Zahid Hamidi, firmly claims that there is “No policy flip-flops”. At the same time, his Deputy Minister Datuk Nor Jazlan boldly states that “No one knows the exact figures” of foreign workers in our country.
