Minister should decide on DLP implementation

I REFER to the report, “Schools can opt to pursue DLP” (The Star, Feb 12).

I think it is a big mistake for Education Minister Datuk Seri Mahdzir Khalid to let schools make the final decision on the implementation of the dual language programme (DLP) instead of making it a national policy and forcing its implementation.
