WE refer to the letter “No Guide Dogs Allowed” (The Star, Feb 3) by Michael from Melbourne, Australia and would like to thank him for the comments on the signage at the KLIA.
We wish to clarify that Malaysia Airports has a special arrangement with airlines to facilitate visually-impaired passengers travelling with guide dogs provided that pre-arrangements have been made with the airlines.
