NOW that the Prime Minister has admitted that the highway concession contracts are one-sided, are the rakyat going to be tied down with such lop-sided contracts without anything being done?
Yes, a contract is a legally binding agreement but now that we know that the contract was one-sided when it was signed years ago, the question is whether it is valid and enforceable. In other words an agreement with shockingly unfair terms simply cannot be allowed to stand as is.
