HEARTY congratulations to Datuk Dr Amin Khan, director of Pemandu, Reducing Crime NKRA, for his series of articles on crime, particularly “Towards a safer Malaysia” (The Star, Nov 22).

I had the fortune of attending the “Roundtable on crime prevention towards a safer Malaysia” where my perspective of the event was a monologue (presentation) by Malaysia Crime Prevention Foundation, the police and some individual invited guests. In my opinion, a roundtable session should have had sessions for mini groups to deliberate on the presentations made.
