PRESIDENT Barack Obama has signed US laws to “fast track the Trans Pacific Partnership (TPP)”. Now we in Malaysia had better fast track our own preparations to join the TPP too. In any case, we should not be left out.
The TPP was supposed to be concluded at the end of the last two years. But these ambitions failed because of delays in US legislative processes and approvals.
