Selva Kumar Subbiah

NEWS that convicted serial rapist Selva Kumar Subbiah (pic) is now living as a free man in Klang Valley had many crying foul. The fact stands that Selva Kumar is now a free man. He was convicted in Canada, served his sentence and has now been deported back to the country where he holds citizenship; that is, Malaysia.
