ARCHES, billboards and flags marking the birthday of the Terengganu Sultan are all over the state capital. Sultan Mizan Zainal Abidin’s official birthday or Hari Keputeraaan, as it is known, is today.
But it will be a quiet day, according to several Terengganu assemblymen who said the state government had been informed several months ago that no awards or titles will be conferred this year.
