ANKARA (Reuters) - Turkey's main opposition party CHP will not boycott a re-run of Istanbul local election that will be held on June 23, the party assembly decided on Tuesday, broadcaster NTV reported.
The CHP candidate for the city, ousted Istanbul mayor Ekrem Imamoglu, had won majority of the votes with a narrow margin in March and received mandate to lead the city since last month.
