MOSCOW (Reuters) - German Foreign Minister Heiko Maas said on Friday that the Intermediate-range Nuclear Forces Treaty (INF) is necessary but not sufficient given the emergence of new technologies since the treaty was originally signed.
Speaking during a visit to Moscow, Maas highlighted cyber warfare as an example of such new technologies.
