WASHINGTON (Reuters) - The U.S. Treasury Department has placed sanctions on Libyan Islamist commander Salah Badi, who Libya's U.N.-backed Government of National Accord has blamed for a May 2017 attack in Tripoli, according to a notice posted to the department's website on Monday.
