ISTANBUL (Reuters) - Turkey has detained a total 150 people for "spreading terrorist propaganda" on social media about its military campaign against a Kurdish militia in Syria since the operation began at the weekend, state media said on Wednesday.
The incursion targets the U.S.-backed Syrian Kurdish YPG, viewed by Ankara as a terrorist group and an extension of the Kurdistan Workers Party (PKK), which has fought an insurgency in Turkey's largely Kurdish southeast since 1984.
