CAIRO (Reuters) - Islamic State has claimed responsibility for an attack on the Imam Zaman mosque in the Kabul's western Dasht-e-Barchi district, which killed at least 39 people, the group said in a statement on Saturday.
The group said in the statement that a suicide bomber had detonated a vest. It did not provide evidence to support its claim.
