MOSCOW (Reuters) - The leaders of Russia, Ukraine, France and Germany have held a phone talk on Tuesday and "decisively" supported a proposed ceasefire in eastern Ukraine before the start of a new school year, the Kremlin said in a statement.
It said that the contact group involved in talks about the settlement of the crisis in Ukraine is expected to announce the ceasefire on Aug. 23.
