MARSEILLE, France (Reuters) - A man who rammed a car into two bus shelters in southern France on Monday, killing at least one person, was known to police for minor crimes and had psychological issues, a police source said.
A judicial source said the incident, four days after an attacker in a van killed 13 people in the Spanish city of Barcelona, was for now not being treated as terrorism-related.
