PARIS (Reuters) - France's President Emmanuel Macron has called a special parliamentary session for both houses on July 3, the president of the Senate said on Wednesday, a rare event generally reserved for constitutional revisions and major presidential speeches.
Such a joint session of parliament is known as a Congress and takes place at Versailles, the palace of France's former monarchy.
