LONDON: A Virgin Atlantic flight taxiing to the runway at Heathrow Airport on Tuesday screeched to a halt following a bomb threat, just hours after a terror attack on a concert in the city of Manchester.
Passengers were told by the captain of the Virgin flight that in the wake of the Manchester bombing, the airline was putting the safety of passengers first after a last-minute security alert, reported The Daily Mail.
