BRUSSELS (Reuters) - A Russian humanitarian aid delivery destined for eastern Ukraine, where government forces face a pro-Russian rebellion, must be scrutinised to ensure it does not serve political ends, the European Union's humanitarian aid chief said on Tuesday.
