VALLETTA (Reuters) - Former Libyan prime minister Ali Zeidan was in Malta for two hours late on Tuesday on a refuelling stop before going to "another European country", Prime Minister Joseph Muscat told state-owned television TVM.
Muscat said he spoke briefly to Zeidan.
