TRIPOLI (Reuters) - The co-leader of Libyan rebels controlling several oil ports in the east has urged local people to join his forces, a rebel television station reported on Monday, after parliament said government forces would end the blockade.
Abb-Rabbo al-Barassi, self-declared prime minister of an armed movement, "called on all honourable men" to join his forces, according to a statement run by the rebel station.
