Grenade attack at Kenyan coast wounds 10 - police

MOMBASA, Kenya (Reuters) - A grenade attack on a popular nightclub outside the coastal Kenyan city of Mombasa wounded at least 10 people early on Thursday, police said.

The incident occurred at 3:30 am (0030 GMT) at a nightclub frequented by tourists in Diani some 25 km outside Mombasa, they said. It resembled explosions in 2012 and 2013 that were blamed on Somali militants.
