BEIRUT (Reuters) - Several people were killed and wounded in a car bomb explosion in an area of southern Beirut controlled by the pro-Iranian Shi'ite group Hezbollah on Tuesday, a Reuters reporter on the scene said.
Hezbollah sealed off the site of the explosion, a shopping mall run by the group in the the Bir al-Abed district. The blast sent clouds of black smoke into the sky.
