CAIRO (Reuters) - Twelve people were killed in clashes in the Egyptian city of Alexandria on Friday, Amr Nasr, head of emergency services in the city, said.
He also told the state news agency MENA that around 200 were injured. Most of the fatalities were from gunshot wounds.
