Kamalanathan: ‘Teacher punching student’ incident not in Malaysia

PETALING JAYA: The Education Ministry has confirmed that an incident where a teacher appears to repeatedly punch a student, captured in a video making its rounds on social media, did not happen in Malaysia.

Deputy Education Minister Datuk P Kamalanathan said that the incident is believed to have taken place in Indonesia.
