A man accused of driving away after crashing in to what he thought was an empty vehicle in eastern China was woken the next morning by police to tell him he had killed someone, local media reported.
The hit-and-run suspect, surnamed Huang, 41, was driving his van home in Wencheng County, Zhejiang province on Sunday night when he hit a vehicle that had parked by the side of the road, according to a report published by Wenzhou Evening News on Wednesday.
