Angry teenager fined more than RM1,000 for shouting and spitting at police


BANGKOK: A 19-year-old teen was fined a total of Bt9,200 (RM1,166) on Tuesday after being found guilty of a series of charges including shouting and spitting at police.

The man’s mother, identified as Sarawan, 38, was sentenced to one month in jail and fined Bt5,000 as she also committed libel acts against the officer, a Criminal Court ruled.
