JAKARTA: The police have arrested a man, identified as Gondes, 27, at his home in Kapuk Cengkareng, West Jakarta, for allegedly raping several children.
Cengkareng Police head Comr. Agung Leksono said all the victims were boys and that the cases had come to light after parents became concerned about changes in their children’s behavior.
