BANGKOK: Bangkok’s Chokchai police arrested two members of a key chain-selling homeless gang for stealing carp fish for consumption from a resident’s pond on the night of June 24.
Facing the theft charge, Heman Sudchaliew, 26, and Srisamorn Larpluam 34, claimed that they didn’t make any money from key chain selling and were hungry.
