Sydney (AFP) - Michael Phelps, the most decorated Olympian of all time, Monday joined the board of an Australian mental health company, a subject close to his heart after his struggles with depression and substance abuse.
The American, who won 28 Olympic medals, quit swimming last year and he said joining Medibio met his aim to raise awareness of mental health problems.
