BEIJING: Photographs of people stealing toilet paper from public bathrooms at one of the most popular tourist destinations in the Chinese capital have gone viral online, with some offenders seen making multiple trips a day to stock up on the commodity, according to a newspaper report.
The Beijing Evening News, which published the photographs on Wednesday, reported that some people deliberately visit all seven toilets in Beijing's Temple of Heaven Park to rip off long strands of toilet paper, with some blatantly stashing this in their shopping bags.
