Amnesty said it spoke to two hired killers, a man and a woman, who claimed they were regularly paid by an active-duty policeman about RM450 to kill an alleged drug user and about RM890 to RM1330 to kill an alleged drug pusher.
“We always get paid by the encounter. That’s the word we use, ‘encounter.’ The amount ranges from about RM700 to RM1330 ,” the officer said.
