Davao: Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe is on his way to Australia after a visit to the Philippines where he pledged US$8.7bil (RM38.8bil) worth of business opportunities and private investments along with equipment to fight terrorism.
Japan, Abe said, will help the Philippines fight illegal drugs by helping formulate treatment programs and improve facilities.
