JAKARTA: Indonesian police have arrested three people suspected to be plotting an attack in the capital with a high-explosive "rice-cooker" bomb.
"Two men and a woman are undergoing intensive investigation to get further information on the network and the possibility of other explosives," National Police spokesman Boy Rafli Amar told TVOne news channel in a live broadcast.
