SEOUL: North Korea can resume space rocket launches from the first quarter of next year, with satellite images showing a three-year upgrade at its main launch site close to completion, US researchers said Thursday.
North Korea insists its space launch programme is for scientific use only, while most of the international community insists it is a disguised ballistic missile programme that violates UN resolutions.
