NEW YORK: Some countries whose nationals were killed in the MH17 air disaster may create their own prosecution tribunal to seek criminal accountability, according to Australian Foreign Minister Julie Bishop.
Bishop, who is in New York for the United Nations General Assembly session, was quoted in the New York Times as saying that a tribunal is among the options being considered by the group of nations seeking justice for those onboard the Malaysia Airlines aircraft which was shot down over Eastern Ukraine on July 17 last year.
