THE trial of a law professor in the sex-for-grades case has been postponed and will not start before mid-December this year.
The decision comes after the High Court yesterday granted the request of Tey Tsun Hang, who faces six counts of allegedly obtaining gifts and sex from former National University of Singapore (NUS) student Darinne Ko Wen Hui in 2010, in exchange for better grades.
